Chester police arrested two people at a home with a meth lab inside on Thursday.
After receiving a tip about a possible methamphetamine drug lab on Gregg Avenue, the Chester Police Department’s narcotics team went to the home, police said. Authorities said they were aware of “meth activity” at the home previously.
Officers arrested Charles Lanier, 23, and Victoria Boulware, 31, according to a police news release. They were charged with conspiracy and attempt to possess a substance, the release states.
Chester authorities contacted the State Law Enforcement Division and a drug lab clean-up service in Columbia after officers found “meth lab paraphernalia.”
