One of two Rock Hill brothers believed to be involved in dog fighting has been arrested, police say.

A Rock Hill detective came across cell phone video dated Dec. 6, 2013 of two pit bulls fighting each other on Hickory Lane, according to a Rock Hill Police report.

Michael Jerome Brice, 32, and his brother, Marcus Danzel Brice, 25, can be heard encouraging the dogs to fight, the report states. When one of the dogs stopped, Michael Brice told Marcus Brice to “hit her again, hit her face,” the report states. He struck the dog multiple times until they started fighting again, according to the police report.

Marcus Brice was arrested and charged with animal fighting and baiting Tuesday evening and is at the York County jail on a $12,000 bond. Police have issued a warrant for Michael Brice.
