The same man accused last month of inhaling aromatic hydrocarbons, passing a stopped school bus and resisting police was charged again this weekend after police found him unconscious in a restaurant parking lot.
Adam Perlowich, 32, of Rock Hill was found in the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot on Saturday night in his black Nissan Murano with the engine running, according to a Rock Hill Police report.
Perlowich told police he inhaled eight cans of aerosol spray cans within the past six hours, and drank two beers, the report states. Police found five cans of aerosol spray in his passenger seat, and another can in his right hand.
He was transported to Piedmont Medical Center for evaluation, and will be summoned to court for inhaling aromatic hydrocarbons charges.
In August, Perlowich was arrested after a traffic stop. A witness said the driver almost hit him and then passed a school bus with its red flashing lights. Police later found Perlowich in a nearby parking lot, and an officer removed seven cans of compressed air from his vehicle.
