A convicted felon was arrested this week in Rock Hill on several gun, drug and theft charges.
On Jan. 7, the property manager of a Celanese Road apartment complex asked Rock Hill Police to help Toby Lamont Pugh, 37, vacate the residence. Pugh was being evicted and had not removed any of his belongings, according to a Rock Hill Police report.
Police reportedly found seven pistols, 1 gram of marijuana and $150 worth of drug paraphernalia inside the apartment. Pugh could not be located by police at that time.
The manager of Town Place Suites on Tabor Drive was also on the scene, and accused Pugh of stealing $700 worth of blankets and a feminine products dispenser valued at $489, police say. Those items were also found at Pugh’s apartment

Pugh was arrested Wednesday afternoon for possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm by convicted felon and receiving stolen goods. Pugh’s criminal history dates back to 1993, and he has been arrested for drug, larceny, trafficking cocaine, and breach of trust, according to a State Law Enforcement Division background check.
Pugh was transported to the Rock Hill Jail on a $10,000 bond.
