A pair of alleged armed robbers are in jail after a victim was robbed and shot at followed by a police foot chase Friday afternoon.
In the incident in southern Rock Hill on Blackmon Street, the victim told officers he was robbed of $80 by two men and shot at during the incident near the intersection of Saluda Street and Heckle Boulevard. The victim followed the men while calling police, according to an incident report. Officers then found the suspects near downtown Rock Hill and chased them on foot before taking both into custody.
Malcolm Enrique Moore, 18, of Rock Hill, is charged with armed robbery and possession of a gun during a violent crime, according to police and jail records. His bond was set at $125,000.
Kendricko Dayshaun Young, 22, of Rock Hill, is charged with accessory after the fact to a felony and remains at the York County jail under a $25,000 bond.
