Rock Hill school district students in kindergarten and grades one through 12 will be on a two-hour delay Wednesday so teachers can participate in staff development. If parents need to take their children to school at the usual time, they are asked to notify their child's principal.

Henry Zhang was recently named as a National Merit Commended Student for 2008. He is among the top 50,000 scorers from more than 1 million students who took the PSAT in 2006, placing among the top 5 percent.
