After Julia Phillips’ murder conviction, an accomplice remains uncaught

Julia Phillips was sentenced to life in prison, but the police investigation into the death of her boyfriend, former York Mayor Melvin Roberts, remains open as authorities believe Phillips planned the crime but someone else actually killed Roberts.
