Herald Bowl down to 8 teams

The Herald Bowl is down to eight teams, with Northwestern 1993 and Rock Hill 2002 advancing in late voting last week.

Northwestern '93 topped Northwestern '01, 51-28, and Rock Hill '02 topped Rock Hill '90, 46-33.

The quarterfinal matchups are:

• Rock Hill 2004 vs. Northwestern 1993;

• Clover 2007 vs. Rock Hill 1989;

• Northwestern 1989 vs. Rock Hill 2002; and

• Great Falls 1991 vs. Lewisville 1987.
