Byrnes at Northwestern

Time: 6:05 p.m.

Coaches: Byrnes – Brian Lane, first year; Northwestern – Kyle Richardson, fourth year

Last season: B – 12-2, lost to Dutch Fork 31-21 in the third round of the Big 16 playoffs; NW – 15-0, beat Stratford 62-35 in the Class 4A-Division II state championship game.

Last meeting: Northwestern won 42-35 in overtime (2013)

Rankings: B – No. 3 in S.C. 4A; NW – No. 2 in S.C. 4A, 35th nationally by Rivals.

Players to watch: Byrnes – Sr. WR Tavin Richardson (20-plus Division I offers, including Virginia Tech, Louisville and Nebraska), Sr. CB/KR Lyrics Klugh (12 Div. New Covenant at South Pointe

Chester at Lewisville
