TEGA CAY -- The Station Restaurant & Bar officially branched out to open the first restaurant in the city limits of Tega Cay, owner Debbie Coccia said Monday.
The Station, located for more than five years at the historical Williams Gulf station in Rock Hill, has duplicated the establishment at 1143 Stonecrest Blvd., suite 111, at the Stonecrest Shopping Center off S.C. 160 in front of Wal-Mart, she said.
Chris Rice, city zoning administrator and code enforcement, confirmed it's the first sit-down restaurant in the city's 26-year history, "and there will be others coming."
The Station offers salads, filets, ribeye, seafood, pasta/rice bowls, pizza, burgers and specialty sandwiches, plus a full bar with an assortment of beers on tap. There's also a unique three-course children's menu, Coccia said via e-mail. We are located at 1143 Stonecrest Blvd. in Suite 111. Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday. For information, call (803) 548-8852. -- Lake Wylie Pilot staff reports
