Clover High FFA leader meets Bush

South Carolina FFA Association President K. Flint Holbrook of Clover met with President George Bush at the White House on July 24. He was joined by the National FFA officer team and officers from other states for a 45-minute session with the president, according to John W. Parris, state director of public affairs with the SC FFA organization.

Holbrook also met U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Ed Schafer, U.S. Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings, Congressmen John M. Spratt of Rock Hill, Henry E. Brown of Hanahan, and J. Gresham Barrett of Westminster.
