A University of North Carolina student whom police found naked in a hallway in his Lewis Residence Hall dormitory faces a string of charges, including going into a female student’s room without permission.

Charles Love Talmadge, 20, of Charlotte, who The Daily Tar Heel student newspaper identified as a sophomore, was arrested after police used a stun gun to control him Friday night in a hallway of the dorm at 203 Raleigh St., police said.

Police got a call at 11:18 p.m. about a man who was naked and acting oddly in a third-floor hallway at Lewis, according to an informational message posted for the university community.

The university’s online directory says Talmadge lives on the third floor.
