The Stanly County Sheriff’s Office says it has arrested a suspect in the theft of an all-terrain vehicle from a store in the northern part of the county.
Deputies said Joshua Allen McLain, 22, of Richfield, was arrested Tuesday and charged with felonious breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He was jailed under $10,000 bond, according to authorities.
The theft was reported Feb. 10 at Motorhead Toys in Richfield, deputies said. Investigators said evidence led them to McLain as a suspect.
Additional arrests are expected in the case, according to the sheriff’s office.
