Forms are included in voter guides being mailed to 4.2 million North Carolina homes by the state board of elections.

The forms should be returned to your county’s election board by the end of the day Friday. If the form is postmarked by that date, it should be accepted.
In Mecklenburg County, forms also are available at library branches, the board of elections at 741 Kenilworth Ave., or online at www.meckboe.org.
Voter registration also can be done while getting a North Carolina driver’s license issued or renewed.
