Students from Vance, Independence, Rocky River, Providence and South Mecklenburg high schools gathered at Vance High School on Thursday to pack nutritious meals for local children in need.
The students were selected for the Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, a national high school leadership program.
The academy involves 30 students per school in a seven-month curriculum that teaches students how to apply leadership skills to community projects. Joe Marusak
