A pair of men who worked for a ride operator at the State Fair were arrested Monday evening on charges of stealing tickets from their employer and selling them.
Wake County sheriff’s deputies arrested Angel Aguilar Linos, 28, and Irineo Garcia Rosas, 26, at the fairgrounds, and charged each with larceny by an employee and obtaining property by false pretense.
Monday, deputies charged another Wade Shows worker, Jorge Augusto Perez-Martinez, 20, with stealing and selling ride tickets.
Arrest warrants for Linos and Rosas charged each man with stealing 769 tickets from Wade Shows Inc. and selling tickets for a total of $260.

Ride tickets sell for $1 each at ticket booths, according to the fair’s website.
It was unclear whether all the stolen tickets were sold and whether the two were accused of taking the same tickets.
Wade is a subcontractor to Powers Great American Midways, the fair’s ride contractor, officials said.
The sheriff’s office said the arrests stemmed from an investigation after a crime report was filed.
A magistrate set Rosas’ and Linos’ bail at $15,000 each, and both were held for court appearances Tuesday.
Neither man gave authorities a permanent address.
