A car collided with a Lynx light rail train at East Boulevard and Camden Road in Charlotte on Saturday afternoon, causing minor injuries to three occupants of the car, Medic reported.
The car went around a stop-arm before being struck by the train on the driver’s side of the car, WCNC-TV reported.
The collision happened shortly before 3 p.m. The Charlotte Area Transit System reported on its Twitter account that trains were back on time within about 15 minutes.
