CHESTER -- Mr. Tommy Lee Chalk Sr., 61, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007.
The funeral will be 3 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Chester. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Mr. Chalk is survived by his wife, Robbie J. Chalk of Fayetteville, N.C.; his mother, Ola Mae Chalk of Chester; four daughters, Fontella (Ken) Wright, Jonetta Simpson, Tiaya C. (William) Monroe, all of Rock Hill and Tameka Johnson of Fayetteville; four sons, Tommy Simpson and Patrick Chalk both of Rock Hill, Eric (Carla) Johnson of Columbia and Tommy L. Chalk Jr. of Chattanooga, Tenn.; five brothers, Roy (Sandra) Chalk of Lancaster, Bobby (Darlene) Cornwell of River Hill, N.Y., James H. Chalk of Kentucky and James Donahue and Stacey Chalk, both of Chattanooga; seven sisters, Carrie Mae (James) Thompson, Bernice (Rev. McKinley) Woods, Dianne Simpson, Linda (Roy) Fletcher and Doris Chalk, all of Chester, Angela C. Berry and Deanna C. Hutchison, both of Chickamaugh, Ga.; godbrother, Robert "R.D." Feaster of the home; 19 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Viewing times will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today at King's Funeral Home, 135 Cemetery St., Chester, and other times at the home of Robert "R.D." Feaster, 2185 Baton Rouge Rd., Chester and Carrie Mae (James) Thompson, 107 Freedom Dr., Chester.
