CATAWBA -- Mr. Larry Thomas Threatt, 60, died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2007, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
The funeral will be 2:30 p.m. today, Aug. 29, at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, with the Rev. Ed Williams officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road.
A native of York County, Mr. Threatt was a son of the late William H. Threatt Sr. and the late Louise Threatt. He is a member of Red Path Baptist Church, VFW, and the Springdale Breakfast Club. He was a U.S. Marines veteran and worked for Lance, Inc.
Surviving are his wife, Josephine Threatt of the home; his daughters, Betty Anderson of Monroe, N.C., and Barbara Barker of Bryson City, N.C.; his brother, William H. Threatt Jr. of Lancaster; his sisters, Darlene T. Brooks and Betty Waldrop, both of Rock Hill, Mary White of Sharon and Loretta Smoke of Easley, S.C.; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends prior to the service at 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. today at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, 355 E White St., Rock Hill.
