SIMPSONVILLE -- Mr. Ralph Warren Perrine, 72, of 125 Sunshine Drive, Simpsonville, formerly of E. Darby Road, Taylors, husband of Carolyn Betty Howe Perrine, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007.
Born in Clarksburg, W.Va., he was a son of Louise H. McGinnis (98) of New Philadelphia, Ohio and the late Ralph Clemens Perrine. He attended Bob Jones University and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Before his retirement, Ralph taught school and did maintenance services at Bob Jones University. He was a member of Hampton Park Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are a daughter, Susan P. Nash; a son, Ralph C. Perrine of Hawaii; four grandchildren, Kayla and Katie Nash and Sophia Perrine and Ralph Perrine; a brother, John Perrine of York, S.C., and Stefan C. Perrine of Bristow, Okla.; and a half brother, Tim Humphrey of New Philadelphia, Ohio.
The family will receive friends at the Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive, Greenville, S.C., today from 6 until 8 p.m. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 11:00 a. m. at Lakeview Memory Gardens in York, with Pastor Wayne Smith officiating. Memorial services will be Saturday at 11 a. m. at Calvary Baptist Church, Simpsonville.
