COLUMBIA -- Services for Betty Finley Riley, 78, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Washington Street United Methodist Church, Christ Chapel, with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Riley died Monday, Nov. 12, 2007. Born in Lacoochee, Fla., she was a daughter of the late Mae Motley. She retired as a secretary from SCE&G. Mrs. Riley was a member of the Holroyd Sunday School class and Washington Street United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Henry Y. Riley of Columbia; daughter, Karen Riley Faris of Rock Hill; son, Chris Riley of New York City, N.Y.; grandson, Trent Faris of Rock Hill; great-granddaughter, Olivia Marie Faris; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, JoAnna Faris Carr.
