ROCK HILL -- Ms. Kathleen "Whitey" Dobbins Craig, 86, formerly of 1324 Mount Gallant Road, passed away Wednesday Nov. 14, 2007.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732. Burial will follow at Laurelwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Ms. Craig was a native of Caroleen, N.C., and a daughter of the late Eulyss and Sally Toney Dobbins. She was the widow of Jack R. Craig. A life member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church, formerly Main Street Methodist Church, Ms. Craig was a Sunday school teacher, member of the choir and Margaret Hensley Circle. She also served the church as an Elder. She retired from Sawyer's Cleaners where she worked for over 25 years. Prior to working with Sawyer's, Ms. Craig worked at Rock Hill Printing & Finishing Company and McCrory's.
Whitey was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and was a devoted Christian.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and "Tippi" (Harriet) Craig of Irmo; two daughters, Kathy Craig and her husband, Larry Greller, of Kingston, Ontario Canada and Nina Beth Craig Schell of Rock Hill; her sister, Pauline "Squeakey" Harrison of Dalton, Ga.; three grandchildren, Summer Schell, Kevin Craig and Ashley Craig Pender; and four great-grandchildren, Drew and Caroline Pender and Carol Ann and Charlotte Craig.
