ROCK HILL -- Ms. Belle Taylor Wallace, 93, formerly of 920 Allendale Circle, passed away Saturday Feb. 23, 2008, at Westminster Healthcare.
A native of Dillon, Belle was a daughter of the late Chester Quick and the late Leetie Belle Taylor. She was the widow of Walter Arlie Wallace Sr.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008, at Forest Hills Cemetery with the Reverend Barry Yates officiating.
Belle was a member of West End Baptist Church where she was involved with the Annie Honnicutt Circle and the Dorcuss Sunday School Class. She retired from Springs Industries and she also worked at Arcade Mills. Following retirement she worked in the Rock Hill School District 3 cafeterias.

Surviving are three sons, Gerald D. Wallace of York, Walter A. Wallace Jr. of Catawba and Larry J. Wallace of Fort Mill; her daughter, Jeanette W. Howe of Rock Hill; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Belle was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Wallace.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the cemetery and other times at the home of her daughter, 920 Allendale Circle, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
