YORK -- Claude Raymond "Buck" Isaacs, 70, of 3059 Agean Lane, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 2, 2008.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at Lake Wylie Christian Assembly. Pastor Lewis Gunn will be officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Park - Hollis Lakes, Rock Hill, S.C.
Buck was the son of Claude Ray Isaacs and Ruth Phillips Isaacs of Newland, N.C. He was a truck driver for 52 years, 32 of those years were with Winn Dixie before retiring in 2006. He attended Lake Wylie Christian Assembly.
He is survived by a loving wife of 50 years, Delores Hicks Isaacs of the home; two sons, Claude "Buck" Raymond Isaacs Jr. and wife, Esther of York, Harry "Jimmy" James Isaacs and wife, Michelle of York; three daughters, Pamela Isaacs of Roan Mountain, Tenn., Deidre Morton and husband, Bucky of Elizabethton, Tenn., and Dawn Pittman of Elizabethton, Tenn.; and he was Papaw to nine grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters, Nancy Bailey of Boones Creek, Tenn., Gail Tucker of Newland, N.C., and Barbara Belk and husband, Gary of Concord, N.C. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joe Isaacs of Newland, N.C.

Visitation will be held at Lake Wylie Christian Assembly today, March 4, 2008, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
