INDIAN LAND -- Mr. Donald Lee Gordon (Paw-Paw), 66, of 226 Little River Trail died Sunday, March 23, 2008, at his home.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Wednesday at Fort Mill Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bobby Taylor officiating.
Mr. Gordon was born in Mecklenburg County and was a son of the late Clarence Lee Gordon and the late Verla Thomas Gordon. He retired from Pike Electric. He was a former employee of Duke Electric. He also owned his own business, D&D Construction. He was a member of the National Guard for six years.
Surviving are his wife, Deborah Petty Gordon; one son, Jeffery Gordon of Indian Land; two daughters, Melissa Phillips of Indian Land and Kelly Ellis of Clover; two brothers, Wayne and Charles Gordon, both of Indian Land; 16 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Dewey Gordon and a brother, Kenneth Gordon.
