FLORENCE -- Ms. Viola Fullwood Deese, 90, of 1207 North Cashua Drive, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at Honorage Nursing Center.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2008, at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, with Mr. Cecil Caines, Mr. Michael Varnadore and Mr. Rudy Edwards officiating. Entombment will be at Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road.
A native of Horry County, Ms. Deese was a daughter of the late William Thomas Fullwood and the late Penny Jenrette Fullwood. She was a member of White Street Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her son, Hermon Edwards and her daughter, Faye Walker.
Surviving are her son, Rudy Edwards and wife, Linda, of Hickory, N.C.; her daughters, Willa Caines and husband, Cecil, of Gaffney and Phyllis Cook Padgett and husband, Ed, of Locust Grove, Ga.; and 13 grandchildren.
