ROCK HILL -- Mrs. Iva Lee Green, 91, of 804 Crest St., died Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at Piedmont Medical Center.
A celebration of her life will be 2:30 p.m., Sunday, April 6, 2008, at Garden Sanctuary Church of God, with Revs. Richard Dillingham and Mike Wooten officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:15 p.m., prior to the celebration service.
Born in Baldwin, Ga., Mrs. Green was the daughter of the late Manuel A. Baker and the late Texie York Baker. She was married to the late Berry Charley Green.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her son, Charles Berry Green; her sisters, Hazel Meredith and Daisy Mackey; her brothers, MA Baker Jr., Coy Baker and Julius Baker.

Mrs. Green was a volunteer for American Red Cross for over 30 years and a lifetime member of the Garden Sanctuary Church of God.
Mrs. Green is survived by her daughters, Julia Ann (Mrs. Bobby) Bennett of Mt. Gilead, N.C., and Helen (Mrs. Gerald) Bennett of the home; her special nephew, David Meredith of Palm Bay, Fla.; her sisters, Elizabeth Moss of Gaffney and Betty Pope of Rock Hill; seven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and eleven great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her longtime caregiver, Kimberly Williams.
