LANCASTER -- Mr. Brian Scott Vincent, 36, died Saturday, April 12, 2008, at his home.
The funeral is 3 p.m. Tuesday at Second Baptist Church, with burial at Oakhurst Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hartley Funeral Home.
