INDIAN LAND -- Audrey Perry Boynton died peacefully on June 10, 2008, at Carolina Medical Center after a long battle with cancer. She was 71.
She was born to Earl and Dorothy Perry in Oakland County, Mich. She moved to Carolina Lakes, Sun City with her husband, Bill, in November of 2006. Audrey loved entertaining, decorating, sewing and gardening.
Audrey was preceded in death by her first husband, Dan Lee Clutter and her father, Earl Lewis Perry. Her marriage to Bill Boynton brought two wonderful families together into one. She loved all of her family with a passion and zeal for life that was infectious and made her loved by all who knew her. She was always a good neighbor and had a smile that would light up a room. She loved the Lord and honored Him in her daily life, her church and Bible study group.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Boynton of the home; her mother, Dorothy Perry of Conyers, Ga.; her aunt, Rusty Harmon (Larry) of Parrish, Fla.; her brother, Bill Perry (Shirley) of Richmond, Mich.; her sister, Marilyn Sieweke (Clint) of Conyers, Ga.; her daughter, Jane Hardin (Walter) of Rock Hill; her son, Jac Clutter (Paula) of Charleston, W.Va.; stepdaughters, Cece Raak of Prescott Valley, Ariz., and Robbie Boynton of Charlotte; and stepsons, Gary Boynton of Charlotte and Patrick Boynton of Wachula, Fla. She was Nana to her four granddaughters; Betsy Woodlief (Kurt) of Rock Hill, Jessica Raak of Prescott Valley, Ariz., and Abby Clutter and Hannah Clutter of Charleston, W.Va. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.

There will be a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2008, at St. Phillip Neri Catholic Church, 292 Munn Road, Fort Mill. Father John Giuliani officiating.
The family will receive friends at the fellowship hall of St. Phillip Neri following the memorial service.
