CHESTER -- Mrs. Margaret Cooke Cooper, 90, of 622 Still St., died Friday, June 20, 2008, at Chester Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Second Baptist Church, with the Rev. Steve Bishop and Mr. Don Etters officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Chester.
Mrs. Cooper was born Jan. 18, 1918, in Rock Hill, a daughter of the late Jerome F. and Mary West Cooke. She was retired from Springs Industries and was a member of Second Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, John B. Cooper; two sons, John E. Cooper and wife, Peggy and Robert E. "Gene" Cooper and wife, Shirley of Chester; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ida Thomas of Rock Hill and Sarah Percival of McConnells. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Rawls.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. today at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester.
