Charles "Bugs" Harris

CLOVER -- Charles "Bugs" Harris, 62, of 6142 Oakridge Road, Clover, S.C., died June 23, 2008, at home.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at M.L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Wylie, S.C., conducted by the Rev. Ted Dixon and the Rev. Lonnie Harris. Burial will be in Union Road Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Gastonia, N.C. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today, June 24, 2008, at M.L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Wylie.

Mr. Harris was born on Jan. 29, 1946, in Cramerton, N.C., to the late Otis Monroe and Maime Harris Davidson. He was a faithful employee for 30 years at Pharr Yarns, Clover Plant and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia King Harris; daughter, Lorrie Domin of Clover, S.C.; son, Jody Harris of Clover; five brothers, Ronnie Harris of Gastonia, Gary Harris, Daniel Harris, Jerry Harris, and Emory Harris, all of Clover; and six grandchildren, Ashley Mitchem, Ricky, Rachel, Jordan and Ryan Moore and Rebekah Domin.

M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home Chapel is serving the family of Mr. Harris.
