ROCK HILL -- Hannah Teresa King Morrow, 66, passed on Thursday, June 26, 2008, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill after a long battle with a multitude of heath problems.
The funeral will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2008, at Kings Mountain Chapel U.M.C.. The Rev Ann Parrott will be officiating. Burial will be at Kings Mountain Chapel U.M.C. Cemetery.
A native of Rock Hill, S.C., Hannah was a daughter of the late Joseph and Hannah O'Dwyer King. She was a member of Kings Mountain U.M.C. After attending nursing school in Paris, France, Hannah became an R.N. prior to coming to the U.S. in 1964. She worked and retired from the garden center at Walmart.
She is survived by her son, Warren Morrow and his wife, Elda; her daughter, Eileen Moon; and four grandchildren, Wyatt Moon, Miles Moon, Jolie Morrow and Isabella Hart. She is further survived by other relatives and a tremendous amount of friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Breeda King.
Visitation will be held at Kings Mountain Chapel U.M.C. on Sunday, June 29, 2008, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established with the American Cancer Society in her name.
We would like to thank the staff at Piedmont Medical Center CVICU for their care and kindness during her final days.
