CLOVER -- Betty Sue Bradley Hodge, 74, of 303 Flatrock Street, died Friday, September 26, 2008, at her home.
A native of Gaston County, Mrs. Hodge was a daughter of the late Edward Elbert Bradley Sr. and Mattie Russell Bradley. She was a homemaker and a member of Myrtle United Methodist Church in Gastonia.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, September 30, 2008, at the Colonial Chapel of Carothers Funeral Home in Gastonia. N.C., with the Revs. James Ellis and Rusty Fleming officiating. Burial will be at Long Creek Cemetery in Dallas.
Visitation is 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, September 29, 2008, at Carothers Funeral Home.

Survivors include her daughter, Jackie Elaine Hodge Ashbaugh of Clinton, Ohio; five sons, Jimmie Edward Hodge of Clover, S.C., Frankie Lee Hodge of Gastonia, Ned Lynn Hodge of Okla., Ted Lynn Hodge of Shelby, and Daniel Keith Hodge of Gastonia; brother, Edward Bradley Jr. of Dallas; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack M. Hodge Jr. (June); and grandparents, Berthie and John Russell.
