YORK -- Helen Horne Montgomery Gault, of 111 S. Congress Street, died Friday, October 3, 2008, at White Oak Manor in York.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday, October 6, 2008, at Lakeview Memory Gardens, with the Rev. Chris Ballard officiating.
A native of York, S.C., Helen was the widow of Robert David Montgomery. She retired from the Celanese after 43 years.
She is survived by three daughters, Linda Griffin, Judy Houser and Sandra Eaker, all of York; one son, Monty Montgomery of York; two brothers, Grady Horne and Harold Horne, both of Union, S.C.; two sisters, Carole McMakin of Greenville, S.C., and Gladys Revis of Union, S.C.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bratton Funeral Home, and other times at the home of her daughter, Linda Griffin, 360 E. Jefferson Street, Apt. A, in York.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
