ROCK HILL -- Mrs. Charlotte Wallace Dunning Siebel, 95, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008, at Piedmont Medical Center.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. today, Dec. 4, 2008, at the chapel of Westminster Presbyterian Church (PCA), with the Rev. Richard Tevevaugh officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Gardens Cemetery in Arlington, Va., at 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 8, 2008.
A native of Barclay, Md., Mrs. Siebel was a daughter of the late James Linwood Wallace and the late Mary Pearl Cecil Wallace. She was a graduate of Beacon College in Maryland. She was retired executive secretary with U.S. Civil service with 30 plus years of service. She was a past president and chaplain of the Republican Women's Organization in Hampton Roads, Va., and was Docent for the Maritime Museum in Newport News, Va. She attended Westminster Presbyterian Church and was active in any church she attended.. She was the widow of Worth Louis Dunning and Joseph A. Siebel and was preceded in death by two daughters, Sandra Dunning Huechtker and Charlotte Ann Dunning.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Dunning Doyle and husband, Jack, of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; son-in-law, Edward Huechtker; her sister, Mary Temple of Raleigh, N.C.; seven grandchildren, Jacqueline Doyle Allison and Mark, Jenaette Doyle Rodgers and David, John Dunning Doyle and Dorothy, Tracie Huechtker Thompson and Bob, Tara Huechtker Schoenfuss, Ted Huechtker and Lori and Trent Huechtker and Angie; and 12 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
