ANDERSON -- Cecia Elizabeth Culp Craft, 48, of 202 Broad St., passed away on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, at the AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born in Fort Mill, S.C., on June 6, 1960, she was the daughter of Dr. Max A. Culp and the late Martha Elizabeth "Lib" Johnson Culp. She attended Erskine College and was a graduate of Winthrop College. Cecia was previously employed as a Probation and Parole Counselor by the State of South Carolina. In addition, she had a true love for helping special needs children. She was of the Episcopal faith.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Daniel T. Craft of the home; her father, Dr. Max A. Culp of Fort Mill; her brother, Max H. Culp of Charleston, S.C.; her uncle, Charles Culp of Edgemoor, S.C.; her aunts, Mary Lyle Calvert of La Plata, Md., Sarah Owens of North Augusta, S.C., Ann Colvin of Edgemoor, S.C., and Nancy Runager of Orangeburg, S.C.; her mother-in-law, Lenora S. Craft of Royston, Ga.; her sister-in-law, Alice Craft Cheek and husband, Wayne Cheek of Canon, Ga.; her niece, Stephanie Cheek Bunner and husband, Ryan Bunner, of Canon, Ga.; her nephew, Jason Cheek of Canon, Ga., and his fiancée, Kenzie Carroll of Hartwell, Ga.; and her great-nephew, Brody Bunner of Canon, Ga.
A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009, at Edgemoor Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, Edgemoor.

The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service at the church.
