Construction crews returned to Dave Lyle Boulevard on Thursday to begin installing sidewalks, curbs, drainage pipes and landscaping on a stretch near Manchester Village.
The work - expected to last until early October - marks the latest phase of a project to modernize Dave Lyle, a key link between Interstate 77 and downtown Rock Hill.
Expect traffic delays, city officials say. Travel has been restricted to one lane in each direction at certain times between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. At least one travel lane will remain open in each direction at all times.
Crews have already completed similar upgrades to Dave Lyle Boulevard in front of the Rock Hill Galleria.
