Well, the Panthers are ready to go again, starting three weeks of summer school Wednesday morning. It's a low-key session, but it's perhaps more interesting than most for all the new parts they're integrating.
Yes, new parts. Sounds odd, with 21-of-22 starters back. But keep in mind, one of the 21 they're counting is Julius Peppers, who barring some dramatic change of heart, won't be there. It's also unclear how much work they'll get out of defensive starters Damione Lewis, Jon Beason, Na'il Diggs and Chris Harris, who did none of the team work in minicamp earlier this month. Between that and some odds and ends absences (Chris Gamble's hamstring, Charles Johnson attending a funeral) they had an odd lot of "starters" learning a new system from DC Ron Meeks.

This batch of practices are shorter, and quicker, and it's hard to tell much of anything about the linemen because they aren't in pads. But you can gather a few things, and we'll be there for you. Check here and the twitter page (@daringantt) for the latest.
-- One other note, they've signed DB ReggieSullivan, a rookie from Johnson C. Smith. I'd tell you more, but there isn't that much info out there about him. Went to the school's football website, and there's not much there.
When I know more, I'll be happy to share.
