-- The third day of practice is always an early barometer, for guys getting into the grind of camp. And Monday got a little chippy. There were several moments where players got a little "rambunctious" as John Fox put it, with LB Adam Seward a little aggressive in putting guys on the ground.
-- RB Nick Goings (ankle) was held out again, but it sounds like he's getting better. WR Muhsin Muhammad (old) got the morning off.
-- There's a moment in every practice in which DE Julius Peppers does something that reminds you of what he can be. He had another one this morning, blowing past Jordan Gross with pure speed.
-- Monday was RG Keydrick Vincent's turn to work with the starters, as he and Toniu Fonoti battle for a job. Vincent's a vet in every sense of the word, just a solid player.
SLB Landon Johnson got a fwe snaps with the ones as well, though it's looking more each day like that's Na'il Diggs' job to lose.
