Schwartz was one of last year's seventh-rounders, who spent the year on the practice squad.

Oshinowo, whose name is really fun to say (bah-bah-TOON-dah O-shi-NO-wo) was a sixth-round pick out of Stanford by the Browns in 2006. He's also been with Chicago, Washington and Philadelphia. The Panthers had him in for a workout last fall, when they were keeping tabs on all the available talent on the defensive line.
He's a big body (6-2, 325), which they're needing.
