Don't look for much out of the Panthers this week, in terms of injury information (that ain't happening) or activity.
Panthers coach John Fox said Monday this week would be similar to their midseason bye week. He said practice would be "much shorter, with minimal contact," and added they'd "be selective on who practices."

That means if DTs Maake Kemoeatu and Damione Lewis, RT Jeff Otah and RG Geoff Hangartner and anyone over the age of 28 does much this week, it'll be a major upset.
The Panthers are tired and sore and ready for the break. It would be tough to win short-handed if they had been required to go to Arizona this week, unless they figured out a way to make it snow out there. So they're extremely grateful and relieved they don't have to get on the bird and go there.
