Once again, injuries dictated the bulk of the Panthers inactive list, and DT Ed Johnson slips a little further into obscurity.
The Panthers deactivated injured LBs Jason Williams and Nic Harris, CB Chris Gamble and LG Travelle Wharton, along with healthy scratches WR David Clowney, C Chris Morris, Johnson and third QB Keith Null.

That means they're down to their four starting weakside linebacker of the year in Jordan Senn (and that doesn't even count Thomas Davis).
Jon Beason began the year there, but slid inside when Dan Connor was injured. Then came Harris and Williams, before they were forced to turn to Senn, the little (5-11, 224) special teamer.
Johnson's again down in favor of undrafted rookie Andre Neblett. though he was the projected starter and most experienced guy in the rotation, he's fallen off the face of the Earth lately.
Null as the third means Brian St. Pierre is well enough to be the backup.
