Since there's some confusion over who should be called "Smash and Dash" (Williams and Jonathan Stewart or Tennessee's Chris Johnson and LenDale White), the rest of the Panthers offense came up with an alternative.
WR Steve Smith told the assembled media that his backs would now be known as "Razzle and Dazzle," with Williams "Razzle."
"I don't know," FB Brad Hoover said. "It sounds a little more feminine."
The whole thing's more than a little contrived, and growing more and more tired by the day. They both have names and numbers on their jerseys. Must everything be a marketing opportunity?
