The Dixon brothers of Rock Hill will announce their college choices today. The Herald will offer a live Web stream during the 4 p.m. event at Rock Hill City Council chambers.
Gerald Dixon Jr. attends Northwestern High School, and Gerald G. Dixon attends South Pointe High. Both are sons of former NFL player Gerald Dixon, an assistant coach at Rock Hill High.
Also during the event, the city will recognize the perfect football season by the Northwestern Trojans, ranked No. 4 nationally among high school teams. South Pointe's Jadeveon Clowney and Northwestern's Justin Worley, both of whom received national honors, will be recognized.
Clowney is playing in the Under Armour All-America football game Wednesday night. Fans can watch him practice at 9 tonight on ESPN2. The game will air at 7 p.m. Wednesday on ESPN.
