The snow covering York, Chester and Lancaster counties - and most of the Southeast - brought smiles to a lot of people. But not high school coaches.
No school means no basketball games or wrestling matches.
Local school districts forbid extracurricular activities on days when school is out because of bad weather. The policy wiped out games Monday night and tonight.
Several coaches rescheduled games. Some are waiting to hear from their opponent. But all will be worked out and the games eventually will be played.
