Both teams came out red hot from beyond the arc. The Stallions hit five in the first quarter and the Jackets hit four. The first half saw the game see-saw back and forth with no team leading by more than five. The Stallions then outscored the Jackets 13-6 over the final four minutes of the half.
South Pointe took control of a tight first half by outscoring the Jackets 16-7 in the third quarter.
"We started out the quarter with good defensive pressure," said Melvin Watkins, coach of the Stallions.

A big three by Tyreece Brice in the corner and a steal by Xavier Williams set up Jon Brown for an easy layup.
This gave the Stallions some breathing room and enabled them to spread the Jackets out.
Brice led the Stallions in scoring with 25, nine of which came during a big third quarter that saw the Stallions' lead expand to 13.
The Jackets made a furious comeback in the fourth.
Fort Mill cut the led to three with 1:29 to play, but could not get any closer due to missed shots and turnovers. Fort Mill was led by senior Daeqon Antoine with 16 points. The Jackets' leading scorer during the year has been Jon Brown who contributed 15, but was forced to sit most of the third due to foul trouble.
Watkins said with Manzey (Miller) not playing, Xavier Anthony Johnson and Cody Blake stepped up big to help the Stallions pull out the victory.
