Vandals caused $500 in damage to a Rock Hill church this week after busting out 10 of its windows, according to a Rock Hill Police report.
A trustee of the Rose of Sharon Baptist Church at 241 Irwin St., near Crawford Road in south Rock Hill, said he filed a police report just in case it happens again.
The damage occurred sometime between Sunday and Tuesday, according to the report.
About 10 windows were broken in the fellowship hall, a separate building from the church, said James Douglas, the trustee. Some of the windows may have been cracked beforehand, he added.

Children playing in the church yard may have gotten into some mischief, Douglas said.
"We thought it was probably some kids or something. We weren't planning on pressing charges or anything. We'd like for them to talk to us," he said.
Between 100 and 150 people attend the Rose of Sharon, Douglas said.
The church has a building fund church members donate to that they can probably use to fix the windows themselves, he said.
