Park Pointe Village opens recreation area
Park Pointe Village, a Rock Hill retirement community, recently celebrated the dedication and grand opening of a new recreation area.
The expansion includes a six-hole putting green, a picnic shelter and two shuffleboard courts. The project was made possible by a donation from longtime resident, the late Elsie Doutt, said Donna Olson, Park Pointe executive director.
Park Pointe Village, located at 3025 Chesbrough Blvd., is a faith-based, not-for-profit community owned and managed by ACTS Retirement-Life Communities. For more information, call Cindy Pettys at 980-8623 to attend an informative luncheon and hear more about their expansion plans.
