O'Darby's Too to have ribbon-cutting Tuesday

O'Darby's Too will hold a ribbon-cutting of it second Rock Hill location at 11 a.m. Tuesday at 739 Galleria Blvd., behind Ruby Tuesday's and in front of Cracker Barrel.

O'Darby's Too offers spirits and fine wines. The existing store on Riverchase Boulevard off of Celanese Road has been in business for three years.

Steve Sannella joins First Reliance Bank

Steve Sannella has joined First Reliance Bank as senior vice president and business banking manager of the Rock Hill loan production office. His primary responsibility will be acquiring and developing business and personal banking relationships throughout York County.

Sannella graduated from the University of South Carolina with a master's degree in Commercial Real Estate Finance and International Business and has more than 18 years of banking experience in York County.

First Reliance Bank was started in 1999 and has assets of approximately $500 million and employs 160 associates.
