Two years after the announcement it was coming to the Galleria, the Revolutions entertainment-restaurant complex is close to opening.
Revolutions officials hope the building will be finished in several weeks.
In anticipation of opening, Revolutions is starting to hire. Trey Suter, general manager for Revolutions, said about 135 people are expected to be hired.
Revolutions, which includes a sports bar and bowling alley, is looking for servers, bartenders, cooks, technicians and team assistants. Experience is helpful, but most of all, Suter said, “we are looking for people with personality and smiles.”

Revolutions is located on the backside of the mall in the last unoccupied “anchor” location. The Florida-based entertainment company renovated about 42,000 square feet.
Home South, a home furnishing store, recently filled the other vacant anchor location on the backside of the mall. Home South opened in October.
